Roll up ladies and gentlemen, this is going to be one amazing night out!

Have you ever wanted to put a face to the names of people you've met here at DatingAgency.com? Or do you fancy meeting loads of gorgeous single people? If so now is your chance as we stage the ultimate get-together - the 2008 DatingAgency.com Party, to be held in Nottingham on 15th November.

There's going to be something for everybody. There will be a bar, disco and buffet, as well as quieter areas if you prefer to hear yourself talk!

Who's invited?

Naturally the majority of guests will be single and current members of DatingAgency.com. But this party is also open to couples who have met via our sites. You are also very welcome to bring along any friends who are not members but will add to the party atmosphere. Members of Midsummer's Eve are also very welcome. This is open to everybody of all ages (as long as you're over 18) and we expect an even balance between men and women.

Who's organising this?

This is a not-for-profit event being organised by and for our members, with support and backing from the DatingAgency.com team. The main organiser is Jue from Nottingham. Please contact her with any questions.

Accomodation

We hope that as many people as possible will come so we have chosen a venue that not only offers accomodation in its own right but also has plenty of nearby alternative accomodation.

For all those wishing to stop at a Premier Inn, The Millers Barn is very close to The Gateway Hotel with the Tram station directly behind it taking you into Nottingham City Centre and is also a good choice of stay.

The city

The city of Nottingham is in the heart of England and easily accessible from everywhere. If you're planning to come a little early or stay until Sunday, you'll find more than enough to see and do, with Nottingham's historic Old Market Square and Lace Market, shopping district and numerous museums and galleries . Not to mention nearby Sherwood Forest, home of Robin Hood, of course. We hope you will enjoy your time in Nottingham as much as you enjoy a brilliant night at the party!

Booking your place

This is a non-profit event but there is a charge of £12 to cover the cost of disco, buffet, and room hire. To confirm your place, please click the PayPal button to make your payment. You'll receive an email receipt and this will serve as your ticket to the event (so please keep it in a safe place).

The terms

1. This event is ticket-only.
2. Over 18s only.
3. Price is inclusive of VAT and covers entrance, buffet, and disco, but not drinks.
4. Please bring your email receipt with you to gain entrance to the venue.
5. In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
6. We will not be able to offer refunds if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.
