when I'm in love it tends to be a bit of a nightmare tho' Webs .

Love is...a myth? (not cynical...just looking for other viewpoints...)

How could you say that love is like a myth, when all it takes takes that one look, that one smile, a glint of the eye and like ya hooked, love is a two way street, built upon respect, affection, attraction be it mental and physical (if perfect love is to be found), understanding, give and take etc, etc, etc...xxx

Love could be viewed as a myth in the same way God can be viewed as a myth.

What's the actual undeniable proof that either exist?

It's what you feel inside - you can't see it, smell it or touch it. You just know that it is there!

Love is accepting someone for what they are, warts & all :)

Love is being able to talk to each other about anything and everything, being able to say how you feel without fear of offending :)

Love is wanting to share everything that you do with that special person :)

Love is blind to imperfections :)

Grace sweetie, if I knew that hun i would have found it again innit, I have been there and am sure most on here have too hunni, but we always know that the special one is outthere some-where hunni, who knows it might be waiting for anyone of just round the corner, but then it could takes months or years to find it, but never doubt that the special one that makes ya hairs stand on end, like ya feel you can saying anything to, or like just feel so at peace knowing that they think and feel the same to, trust me hun, they are out there.

Maybe that true connection across the plains of life like comes a long once or twice in lifetime, who knows, i mean we fall for ppl for different reasons, but afterall that's said, we know deep in our hearts how dear, how close we can take them and hold them, only we know if they are the special one...xx

I have to agree with Mousebat... Love is almost a mental illness. Hormonal imbalance describes it well also. Western Sunrise says lust, well that n all.

Love is..irrational..unrealistic...a weakness...stupidity... Actually , I don't really know... (what was in that bottle of red?..)

nah...I'd rather do without than go through being in love again!

It's made me happier for the last 6 weeks and 5 days and hopefully for the future :)

According to psychiatry love is a form of OCD - I prefer Peppercorn's view :)

Also, love is action, otherwise it would always remain in the head.
