What we check on our dating site, and what we can't
Every photo is reviewed before it appears on a profile. What members write about themselves is not checked, so read profiles as people's own descriptions rather than facts. Members who want to can buy an optional ID-verified badge, which shows they've confirmed their identity with an ID document and a selfie.
Profiles are shared with partner sites in the same network. That widens the pool of people you can meet, and it means members of those sites can see and message you too. You can read more in how our service works, and the full list of what's free and what's paid is on our prices page.

A dating name since 1997, with one job: helping you meet someone
DatingAgency.com was first registered in June 1997, which makes it one of the older dating names on the web. Over the years it has been a local dating service and has run an advice column. Today it is two things, kept clearly apart: an online dating site where you do the choosing, and a set of guides that explain online dating, agencies and matchmakers without selling you any of them.

Not in the traditional sense. Nobody hand-picks matches for you. It is an online dating site where you search and choose for yourself, plus guides to online dating, dating agencies and matchmakers.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Joining, creating a profile and browsing are free. Reading and replying to messages needs a paid membership, which renews until you cancel it in Settings > Billing. Free members see adverts.
Who will I see on the site?
Members of DatingAgency.com and of partner sites in the same network, because profiles are shared across the network. That also means members of those sites can see and message you.
Are profiles checked?
Photos are reviewed before they appear. What members write about themselves is not checked, so take the usual care. There is an optional, paid ID-verified badge for members who want to show they have confirmed their identity.
