Account and billing
For log-in problems, payments, renewals and refunds, use the members help centre. Payments show on statements under the billing name displayed at checkout. You can cancel renewal yourself in Settings > Billing, and delete your account from your avatar > Settings > Delete Account. Log-in help covers the common problems.
Reporting a member
If someone on our online service asks for money, harasses you or seems not to be who they claim, stop replying and report them through the help centre with their profile name and what happened. If you've lost money, contact your bank and the fraud reporting service for your country; our safety guide lists them.
Errors on this website
