In short
On DatingAgency.com's online dating service, joining, making a profile and browsing are free. Reading and replying to messages needs a paid membership, which renews automatically until you cancel in Settings > Billing. Your statement shows the billing name displayed at checkout. This is a dating site, not an agency, so no introductions are included.
| Free | Join, profile, browse |
|---|---|
| Paid | Reading and replying to messages |
| Currency | US dollars |
| Renews | Automatically until cancelled in Settings > Billing |
| Statement name | Shown at checkout |
These are the prices for the online dating service we run ourselves. It is not an agency service: the price buys access to messaging, not introductions, coaching or a matchmaker's time. If you're comparing what agencies charge, our Manchester guide shows published agency fees side by side, and is a matchmaker worth it helps you weigh the difference.
What's free and what you pay for
You can join, build a profile and look around without paying. A membership is needed at the point where you want to read and reply to messages.

US prices as shown in the members area on 16 October 2026; the members area shows the exact price before you pay. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel in Settings > Billing. Your card statement shows the billing name displayed at checkout.
The prices in the table are in US dollars. If your card is in pounds or Australian dollars, your bank works out the conversion and may add a fee of its own.
How it compares with an agency fee
A membership here and an agency fee buy different things. An agency or matchmaker charges for people's time: interviews, choosing introductions, sometimes coaching. Our membership pays for messaging on a site where you do the choosing. That's why the two are priced so differently, and why neither is simply a cheaper version of the other. Agency, matchmaker or dating site sets out which suits whom.
Renewal: the part to read twice
Every membership renews automatically at the end of its period until you cancel, and the trial rolls into a full membership if you don't cancel before it ends. Put a reminder in your calendar a day or two before the renewal date if you only want one period.
To stop renewal:
- Log in to the members area.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Cancel the membership, and note any confirmation you are shown.
Cancelling stops the next payment; it doesn't delete your profile. To remove your profile as well, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
Refunds
The members area terms set out when a partial refund is possible: in short, only pro rata and only where at least 40% of the paid period is unused. So don't count on getting money back for a membership you forgot to cancel.
Optional extras
You can buy extras on top of a membership, such as profile boosts, priority messages and an optional ID verification badge. They are optional: a membership on its own lets you read and reply to messages. Check the price and whether anything repeats before you buy.
On your statement
Your statement shows the billing name displayed at checkout, which may not be DatingAgency.com. Make a note of it when you pay.
If you don't recognise a charge, use the log-in help page to get into your account and check Settings > Billing, or contact the help centre. How it works explains the rest of the service, and the key facts page summarises it on one screen.
Questions people ask
Is DatingAgency.com free?
Joining, making a profile and browsing are free. To read and reply to messages you need a paid membership. Optional extras, such as profile boosts, cost extra and aren't needed to read and reply to messages. The table on this page shows the current prices.
Does a trial renew?
Yes. If you choose the trial, it rolls into a full membership at the price shown in the table unless you cancel before it ends. To stop that, go to Settings > Billing in the members area before the trial's last day, and keep any confirmation you are shown.
Can I get a refund?
Only in limited cases. Under the members area terms, a partial refund is possible only pro rata, and only where at least 40% of the paid period is unused. So a membership you forgot to cancel is unlikely to be refunded; cancelling renewal early is the reliable way to avoid paying for a period you don't want.
Why doesn't my statement say DatingAgency.com?
Payments for the online service may appear under a different billing name. The checkout shows the name before you pay, so note it then. If you don't recognise a charge, log in and check Settings > Billing, or contact the members help centre.
