How do I cancel?
Go to Settings > Billing in the members area to stop renewal. To remove your account completely, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
What will appear on my card statement?
The billing name displayed at checkout. Check it before you pay so you recognise the charge later, and keep the confirmation email. If you don't recognise a charge, contact the members help centre; you can also ask your bank.
Are profiles on the online service checked?
Photos are reviewed, but what members write about themselves is not checked. An ID badge (photo ID and selfie) is optional and paid for, and only required in some cases, such as sign-ups through a VPN. Treat every profile as unconfirmed until you've checked for yourself.
Can I join from Australia or Ireland?
Yes. The members area accepts sign-ups from the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, South Africa, Portugal, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. You must be 18 or over.
